In accord with the Diocese of Rockford's updated Safe Environment Program, all adult parish volunteers (18 years and older) are required to read and sign the following documents:

State Of Illinois Mandated Reporter

Sexual Misconduct Norms (sign and return page 27)

Code Of Pastoral Conduct (sign and return page 16)

Code For the Pastoral Use of Technology and Social Media (sign and return page 5)

Guidelines For Youth and Those Working With Youth (sign and return page 10)
